चहाबद्दल बरीच मते आहेत परंतु चहाला दुसरा पर्याय नाही हेही खरेच सकाळी उठल्यानंतर चहा झाल्याशिवाय बरे वाटत नाही तसेच दुपारी सुद्धा चहा हवाच असे वाटते अर्थात हे सर्व सवयी वरती आहे चहाची सवय लागते परंतु ती आरोग्याच्या दृष्टीने अत्यंत हानिकारक आहे असे म्हणता येणार नाही चहाचे आरोग्यासाठी अनेक फायदे आहेत त्याचबरोबर त्याचे अनेक मानसिक फायदे आहे म्हणून चहावर अनेक वेळा टीका होऊनही त्याचे आपल्या जीवनातील महत्त्व कमी झालेले नाही चहामुळे बीपी कोलेस्टेरॉल साठी चांगला फायदा होतो असा माझा वैयक्तिक अनुभव आहे तसेच आपण मानसिक दबावा खाली असता त्यावेळी चहा पिण्याचा चांगलाच फायदा होतो
