DrTrust.in is owned by Nureca Limited. It is a one-stop store for Medical Products ranging from Home Use to Hospital Use Equipments.

As an online shopping portal, we reserve the right to make any amendment at any point of time, without prior notice on the website.

Terms

By subscribing/using any of the services of Drtrust.in; “Website” , you ;“User”, agree to have thoroughly read & accepted the Terms and conditions as mentioned below, which may be revised time to time. You agree to enter into “User Agreement” with drtrust.in/Nureca Ltd.

🛒 Ordering

At time of order placement, you need to mention complete Contact Information, Detailed Address with mandatory PINCODE, and contact number. We will not be liable for delivery to any other location apart from the mentioned Address which has to be complete in all aspects.

💳 Payment

You may use Credit cards/Debit cards, Internet Banking, wallets, UPI and other payment options as provided by payment gateway to make your purchase.

🚚 Shipping

As soon as we ship your order, you receive an e-mail notification with a link to track your order. You can also access this information from your 'My Account' section on our website. Online tracking usually goes live within 24-48 business hours post shipping.

For out of stock Items sold erroneously, a replacement product will be offered to the customer and if that is not acceptable to the customer it can be cancelled and full refund will be paid to the customer. 

👉 We ship Products only within India. We are not liable for any claims of orders from outside India.

📦 Delivery

We deliver goods within 7 working days for the Items in Stock. Deliveries to very remote locations and pin codes may take up to 15 Working Days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints & any external factors. The delivery periods provided on the product page pin code checker are approximate days as projected by the courier partner. In case of rains, floods, strikes or any other natural calamities or any other causes beyond our control, delivery days will be more.

Limitations of Liability

Accuracy

All possible care is taken to display the most accurate information of the Rate, Products, Description & warranty on the website, however typographical errors may occur.

Product

Utmost care is taken to display the content in terms of description & specifications of the Product as accurate as possible. The physical dimensions of the Product are given in approximation. Actual Product may vary slightly from the Image shown as the Image colors & size may also depend on the viewer's screen. Packaging of the Product may also vary depending on your order. Our Products are manufactured at our world class global manufacturing facilities in USA, Europe, Korea, Taiwan, China and India.

Rates

All Rates are inclusive of GST. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, we may, at our sole discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event we accept your order the same shall be debited to your credit / debit card account and duly notified to you by email or the contact number, as the case may be, that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to dispatch of the product that you have ordered. We strive to provide you with best value, however prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit / debit card account. Please note, for preorders there are no cancellations or refunds allowed after orders are placed.

Disputes Resolution

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this Website. This User Agreement and any contractual obligation between us and you will be governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Chandigarh. All disputes will be subject to arbitration in Chandigarh by a single arbitrator appointed by us under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Each party to arbitration shall bear its own cost. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; (2) to pay you any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any Comments. Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Websites/services and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and us with respect to the Websites/services.

Ownership of Rights

The Sole rights of content, matter & Products on the website are with Nureca Ltd. Any Use, in form of duplication of any of the above is prohibited.

No one, apart from Nureca Ltd. reserves right to modify, transmit, produce, repost, display or utilize any commercial benefit from any content, matter or Product displayed on the website. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order in part or in full. Final Dispatch of Products will only ensure acceptance of your order. It is ensured that Dispatch of Products(s) be made within 3-7 working days. However on occasion of any delay, which may happen due to any reason, intimation will be made in form of email on the your registered email id. In case of partial dispatch, the portion of order dispatched will be deemed accepted, the pending order would be deemed accepted after complete dispatch. Cancellation is not allowed after dispatch. 

Privacy Policy

Suggestions & Restrictions

For any change, suggestion or information in relation to the Content or Product you may write to us at customercare@nureca.com. We also invite your reviews on the products and your experience of our services. In doing so, you are not permitted to post, display or transmit any third party information, obscene, hateful, racial, and unlawful or any objectionable content. We may delete any objectionable content which may threaten any matter related to individual, business, and country. You can use the Website for the Sole purpose of placing an order for the Products displayed on the website & giving your reviews on the same. Any other unlawful use of the Website is prohibited and may incur Legal action, if required.

Further Use of Website for any below reason is prohibited:-

Usage Terms & Implications

'In Stock'

For items listed as "In Stock", Dispatch Information will be given to you within 7 Working Days on your registered email id. The transit time period is based on your Pincode Location & accessibility of your region by the courier service assigned to.

'Available'

Products mentioned “Available” would imply that Products might not be in stock, however will be made available in case of any confirmed order. The dispatch time will include the regular delivery period and the procurement time of the product which will be intimated time to time.

'Out of Stock'

Currently, the item is not available for sale. You can contact at customercare@nureca.com for requirement of the product.

Preorder

Tentative Shipment dates will be as indicated on product pages. Due to logistical challenges due to Covid, please expect slight delays in dispatch and movement of goods.

Procedure

Share the details of the issue via whatsapp or email - 

1) Image of Serial Number (S No) & LOT Number (LOT No) via WhatsApp or email.

(For the Serial Number (S No), turn the product upside down or check below it to find the Serial Number. Use your camera to take a clear photo of it.For the LOT Number (LOT No), check the outer box of your product. The LOT Number is typically printed on the box. Take a clear photo of the LOT Number.

2) Share the Image of the Invoice Bill. (Use a scanner or smartphone camera to capture a clear image of the invoice bill) or take a screenshot or use a PDF conversion tool to convert it to an image file.

3) Product Concern Video.(Please be clear and concise about the issue you want to address)

Warranty Policy

Purchases from Dr Trust Website:

Problem within 10 days till end date of warranty extension - 

If you have purchased a product directly from the Dr Trust website and a problem occurs within 10 days of purchase, Dr Trust will arrange for the defective product to be picked up at no additional cost. After 10 days from the date of purchase, the customer must send the product to our authorised service centre for repair or replacement at their cost and we will send back your product after repair or replacement at our cost. (In Warranty)

Problem comes post warranty extension period is over.

Customer has to pay courier charges (forward & return) on both sides along with repair cost as per the issue of the product. If not repairable then we will send back the product as it is.

Keys Points While Claiming the Warranty - 

🗝 The warranty period begins from the date of purchase as indicated on the original Invoice receipt.

🗝 Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised repairs, alterations, or accidents.

🗝 Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.

🗝 Dr Trust reserves the right to repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished unit at its discretion.

🗝 Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged for transit when sending it to the service centre.

🗝 Dr Trust is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipment when customers send the product to the service centre on their own.

🗝 NO WARRANTY ON FREEBIES or promotional items billed at Rs 1.

If a spare part or product is not available under warranty, we will replace it with the similar product as per the availability. In case, a similar product is also not available, we will initiate a full refund to the original payment mode. Please note refunds may take 10-14 days to reflect in your account.

If warranty extension form is not filled by the user within 15 days of purchase, warranty support will not be applicable.
Exclusions: No Self-Repair: Please refrain from attempting to repair the product yourself or using unauthorised repair services, as this may result in electric shock and will void the warranty.

Warranty does not cover - 

  1. Outer breakage of the product
  2. Water / liquid damage
  3. Normal wear and tear
  4. Batteries
  5. Medicine chamber
  6. Massage heads

Period for extended warranty - If Purchase is done from Dr Trust Website 

Dr Trust Warranty Info

All products are sold with limited warranty, it is mandatory for customers to register for warranty extension on https://www.nureca.com/within 15 days of purchase. In case registration is not done, the above mentioned warranty period will not be applicable.

 *BP Monitors Extended Warranty Period-

New Warranty Program (Effective from 1st January 2022): Customers who purchase BP monitors on or after 1st January 2022 are eligible for a new 5-years warranty from the date of purchase.

Legacy Warranty (For Purchases Before 1st January 2022): Customers who purchased BP monitors before 1st January 2022 are not eligible for the new 5-years warranty. Instead, they are covered under the legacy warranty, which provides coverage for 2 years from the date of their purchase.

Therefore, the warranty terms differ depending on when the BP monitors were purchased, with the cutoff date being 1st January 2022 for eligibility under the new 5-year warranty program.

**For Weighing Scales Extended Warranty Period-

New Warranty Program (Effective from 1st January 2023): Customers who purchase weighing scales on or after 1st January 2023 are eligible for a new 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Legacy Warranty (For Purchases Before 1st January 2023): Customers who purchased weighing scales before 1st January 2023 are not eligible for the new 3-year warranty. Instead, they are covered under the legacy warranty, which provides coverage for 1 year from the date of their purchase.

Therefore, the warranty terms differ depending on when the weighing scales were purchased, with the cutoff date being 1st January 2023 for eligibility under the new 3-year warranty program.

Cancellation Policy - If Purchase Is Done From Dr Trust Website - 

✓ The customer cannot cancel the order after dispatch.

✓ You cannot cancel the order once it's out for delivery or in transit or out for pick up 

✓ In case of any cancellation by Dr Trust due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund is initiated for prepaid orders.

Note** Nureca reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent orders without intimation.

Refund Policy - If Purchase Is Done From Dr Trust Website - 

No Refunds after Order Processing: Once an order is processed, no cancellations or refunds will be possible.

Refusal of delivery: In the event that a customer refuses to accept an order, courier charges will be applicable as determined by the courier service provider and deducted from refund.

Courier charges (cost) will be deducted in the following scenarios:

  • Customer refuses to accept the shipment
  • Code verification cancellation
  • OTP not verified by the customer
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Incorrect contact number provided by the customer

Warranty Policy for websites other than www.drtrust.in

If you have purchased a Dr Trust product from any of the following websites: Amazon, Flipkart, TATA 1 MG, Jio Mart, or any other authorized marketplace and encounter an issue, replacement / exchange request must be raised with the respective website within the stipulated return window for the respective website if any.

Problem after return window closed till end date of warranty extension

Once the return window has closed, if you experience any issues with your product, you are required to send the product to our authorised service centre for evaluation, repair, or replacement. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the product to our authorised service centre and we will send back your product after repair or replacement at our cost. (In Warranty)
