Please note that breakage of the product, water damage, and wear and tear are excluded from the warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in products. Customers need to send products to our service center for repair under warranty.

Pairing instructions:

1. Please ensure your Android Smartphones and Dr Trust 360 app is updated 
2. Please ensure that Bluetooth is activated on your smartphone and that the Dr Trust 360 app has been given the necessary permissions to work. (You can check this in the app settings.)
3. Then press "Go" on the app and stand on your scale one time to pair.
4. Pair the scale by following the instructions on the app and get off the scale. 
5. Once the pairing process is complete, stand on the scale again, ensuring you are standing barefoot on the scale, feet touching the electrodes, and your feet are clean
6. Please do not try to connect to the scale directly from Bluetooth settings, it connects within the app only.
