I connected with the support team and they assured for the full support and asked to send the faulty device for repair. But as the fault was irreparable they replaced the machine and sent me a brand new machine as a replacement. Excellent product ,we can trust on it as my mother using it from last 4 years. She is on dialysis 2 times in a week. So many gluco meters we used but accuracy is in this product. Only strips is not available in the market,so that I purchased from Flipkart only from my other m.number and now from this number also.
