Pairing instructions:
Powering up your scale
• You can charge your scale by plugging the micro-USB into power supply.
• Please make sure the USB cable is inserted in the correct orientation.
Download “Dr Trust 360” app and create an account
• Search for “Dr Trust 360” on Google Play Store to download and install the Dr
Trust 360 app to your smartphone.
• Open the app, sign up with your phone number or email.
• Opening your account will need your gender, birth date, and height information.Fill in the information correctly.
Pair the scale with your smartphone
• Apply pressure to turn on and pair your scale.
• Make sure Bluetooth and Location Service are enabled on your Android phone.
• Once pairing is done proceed with taking measurements.
Taking measurement
• Apply pressure to turn on and calibrate the scale. Wait for “CAL” back to “0.0”.
• Step on the scale barefoot. Your scale will flash your weight twice or thrice.
When the numbers stop moving, your measurements are done.
• Your measurements are uploaded to your Dr Trust 360 app!
• Get off the scale immediately.
Pairing instructions:
1. Please ensure your Android Smartphones and Dr Trust apps are updated
2. Please ensure that Bluetooth is activated on your smartphone and the Dr Trust Scale Connect app has been given necessary permissions to work. (you can check this in the app settings.)
3. Then Press "Go" on the app and stand on your scale one time to pair.
4. Pair the scale by following instructions on the app and and get off the scale.
5. After pairing is complete, stand on the scale again, ensuring you are standing barefoot on the scale, feet touching the electrodes , and your feet are clean
6. Please do not try to connect to the scale directly from bluetooth settings, it connects within the app only.
